Wired for Joy Telegroups

This six-week introduction to the method is a prerequisite for all Solution Method training. During six weekly 90-minute meetings, you'll be learning the basic skills of the method. This course teaches you how to identify your emotional state and change it. In addition, you will learn simple, powerful techniques to improve communication with other people, even when they are stressed.
