Internet Community

The Solution Internet Community provides an important adjunct to Solution Method Training. The Solution Internet Community consists of a variety of forum boards, where participants post their skills practice and receive encouragement from others in the Solution Internet Community. In addition to the forum boards, there is the Instant Connection, an automated, web-based coaching for each of the tools of The 5-Point System.

There are many important features on the website that cannot be duplicated in a group program. Of particular interest is the Grinding In Tool that sends daily reminders to members their “Grind In”, the expectation they are rewiring that week. That focused, intensive practice makes a tremendous difference in the benefits you experience from this training.

One recent addition has been the ability for participants to have the option to use The Cycle Tool on the website, then email it to themselves to document the progress they make using the method. Confidentiality is key to the safety of our community. When participants use the Instant Connection, their responses are completely confidential. The responses written are visible to no one else. On The Cycle Tool, the responses “time out” after 30 minutes and by clicking the “reset “ button anything written is erased.

On the site we recommend that participants model the method, which is about being at 1, securely connecting with oneself and then connecting with others and both giving and receiving support. When participants log on to the site, we suggest that they take away from it something important – a posting read or a tool used – and that they give back as well. In particular posting a kind response to someone who has left a message on a forum is a important way to add to the warmth and power of the community. Enjoy!
