Solution Kit 2: Popping Above the Line

As you begin your second course, it’s not unusual to feel so much better – so joyful – and yet have no clear idea where this is going. You may sense that you are in new emotional territory, far more alive. That can trigger a stress response and often during this kit holding onto yourself as you strengthen your skills is essential. That “holding on” comes in the form of effective limit-setting tools. You’ll see yourself become far more flexible and more powerful as you use the tools and your skills in The 5-Point System will become so much stronger.

You may find yourself feeling stressed. This is a normal response to transformational change. Your brain has awakened to the fact that you are using extremely effective tools to rewire how you respond to the moment and then dislodge those unreasonable expectations that have been creating a backfield of emotional noise in your life.

Again with this course and all subsequent courses, each weekly chapter includes small sections on different topics. Do as much or as little as you choose to do, then after one week, turn to the next chapter. The sections of the journals are:

Tips for Success:

  • Resist any effort to quit. Your brain would like you to, but then it would be able to go back to old ways and the neural circuits that have separated you from your joy would still be operating.
  • Deepen your relationships with those in your group or telegroup. This is a time when making lots of phone calls (Connections) to others is extremely helpful. You don’t have to like everyone in your group in order to connect effectively with them. You’ll learn something different from each person you meet in the training.
  • Avoid any effort to get stuck in a chapter and force yourself to do it perfectly. You are more important than your Solution Journal. Take one week to move through a chapter. Move on to the next week after that. If you want to take extra time with a chapter, allow yourself one more week only. Then move on!
  • What if you start using external solutions because the remarkable changes of this kit can increase stress? The last thing to do would be to judge yourself. It’s just an external solution and it will pass as your pump up your skills and become more securely attached to yourself. If your external solution poses a risk to yourself or others, by all means access support.
  • Keep your eye on creating a Solution in your life, rewiring the emotional brain for freedom from external solutions and an abundance of life’s richest rewards. By Solution Kit 3, you’ll feel emotionally lighter and far happier!
