Telegroups
Solution Telegroups are the most convenient way to support your success with the method. Your group will meet weekly by telephone with a Solution Provider, a health professional who is certified in the method.
To enroll in a telegroup, click on OPEN for your desired group. All times are listed in Pacific Standard Time.
Step 1. WIRED FOR JOY Introductory Training - This four-week course is a prerequisite for all Solution Training. During weekly 2-hour meetings, you'll be learning the basic skills of the method. Course materials (ordered separately): Wired for Joy Specialty Journal or to enroll in a Wired for JOY Group and get the Wired for Joy Specialty Journal at a discounted $187, click HERE.

Step 2. SOLUTION GROUP - Once you have completed introductory training, the next step is to start retraining your brain from stress to joy. Brain retraining requires intensive, sensitive support and that's what Solution Groups will bring you. Enroll in a group, then re-enroll every 12 weeks until you have completed the six courses and have a Solution your life.

WEIGHT LOSS INTENSIVE
Focus on retraining your brain for freedom from cravings and immediate weight loss. Start off with The 3-Day Solution Plan to zap cravings and continue with The Solution for Weight Specialty Journal for powerful results!
This 90-minute per week, 8-week group is $169/month for two months. Course materials: The Solution for Weight Specialty Kit and The 3-Day Solution Plan.
