The staff here at the Institute for Health Solutions understands how hard it is not to be able to log into the website. We care how you feel. So in an effort to solve your sign in problems we've created a list of common problems that you might be experiencing.
Domain Name Problem
We're experiencing technical difficulties with our old domain SweetestFruit.org.
Upon entering your login information you get bumped back to the same page.
Solution
Go to www.solutionmethod.org
ADODB Field Errors
If you enter your login information and get an ADODB Field Error it is due to one of the following problems:

Your email address was misentered in the email field
(example judy instead of judy@comcast.net)
- We don't have an account set-up for you
Solution
Email ZackAccounts@thepathway.org include your full name and date you ordered your kit.
Also include "ADODB error" in the body of the email.
Inactive Website Status
When you log into the website you get a "Sign-In Error" saying your website membership is inactive.
Solution
Email ZackAccounts@thepathway.org and simply tell him when you last ordered your kit, and when you plan on ordering the next kit. He will normally respond within 3 buisness days.
